Job Description

Motorcycle Instructors are needed to teach the MSRC (MSF’s Military Sportbike Rider Course) or ARC (MSF’s Advanced Rider Course) at Air Force Bases in various locations. Instructors must be currently certified as a Motorcycle Safety Foundation RiderCoach and must be additionally certified to teach the MSRC and/or the ARC. These are part-time positions per class assignments. Instructors must be able to provide proof of their MSF certifications (RiderCoach, MSRC and/or ARC)

Special Job Facts

Instructors present training material in a clear and directive manner.

Instructors shall maintain some or all of the following standards:

· Appropriate MSF and MSRC or ARC certifications

· Overall health and no medication that hinders driving

· State or host nation motor vehicle operator’s license

· Must represent CFFI in a positive and professional manner in accordance with prescribed CFFI conduct, dress and appearance standards

· The ability to verbally communicate and convey instructions in a clear and concise manner

· Be able to adapt in all areas related to the program

Physical Requirements

Able to move training bikes, fuel cans, and other equipment necessary for conducting courses Sit and stand for long periods of time

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Instructor may be required to maintain certifications such as the credential, Motorcycle Safety Foundation.

· High School diploma, GED, or equivalency required

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Able to pass a National Agency Check with inquiries if contractually required

· The following certifications are required:

ü MSF Certified Rider Coach with MSRC or ARC

· Have an excellent conceptual understanding of client service and client retention techniques

· Be reliable and have the ability to maintain confidentiality

· Have excellent oral, written, and analytical skills

· Possess the ability to interface with peers and all levels of internal company management, government staff and military personnel

· Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform act of 1986

· MSF RiderCoaches will be required to provide a demonstration motorcycle

Safety:

· Ensures adherence to all company safety rules and SOPs in area of responsibility

· Corrects unsafe actions and/or conditions immediately
